Deposits For Puppy

A $ 500.00 dollar  deposit is required to reserve your puppy.  Puppy must be paid in full before I can send your puppy home to it’s new owner.  I accept Post Office Money Orders, Cash, Pay Pal and personal checks.  Your check must clear your bank before we can reserve the puppy.  There is a 25.00 dollar fee for all returned checks.  There is a non refundable deposit fee or this amount can be placed on another puppy.  I have the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to anyone..  I do not sell to puppy mills for breeding and resale of puppies.  If you are a puppy mill do not bother to contact me for a puppy.  If you are a puppy mill   and we discover this your contract with me is Null and Void and your money will be returned to you with the exception of your deposit.  We reserve the right to decline a sale to anyone.  If you decline a sale after you have sent your deposit in you will not get a refund on your deposit.  Once you have sent in your deposit you are entering into a binding contract.

Stud Breeding 

We do offer stud breeding there is a charge for this service, plus the breeder gets the pick of the litter.  Or what ever agreement has been make between breeder and seller.   If you breed your female to my male you agree to these terms even if you did not sign a contract.  This is a binding contract and you agree to all terms when you breed your dog.

Registering Your Puppy

Understanding  How Registering Your Puppy Works:  All Puppies are AKC,  or CKC.

All the parents are registered and so are the litters.  The puppy registering form is given to the new owner to register the puppy in their name.  We can not registered your puppy for you, you must do this yourself and have the puppy placed in your name, filling out all proper information and signing the form.   According to American Kennel Club and Continental Kennel Club we are not allowed to register your dog in your name for you.  You must do this on your own.   With the form signed by you.  What the breeder is responsible for is to fill out the area that pertains to the breeder and sign the form over to the new owners.   If we register the puppy in our name,  we must then do the same,  sign the form to the new owner and again,  the new owner must sign the form and send it in for registering their puppy.  You can do it online if you wish.   If you are unsure on how this process works you can call the American Kennel Club and  Continental Kennel Club for information.

Puppy Delivery: I can deliver your puppy and meet you at the airport you play for the flight and if you are more then 5 hours or 5 hours in flight a hotel stay over night must be provided by buyer. You can meet me at the hotel  lobby to pick up your puppy.  All arrangements must be made before puppy is delivered. Flight must be paid in full for delivery.  Please understand the tea cups are to small to ship in Cargo something can go wrong or your puppy might not eat during the long flight sugar level can drop very fast if puppy is stressed.  It is wise to come pick up your puppy or have me deliver your puppy for you.  It is recommended that you spay or Neuter your puppy at 6 months of age no sooner.   Consult with you vet to see what is best for your puppy Tea cups are much smaller so your vet would be best to advice on neutering or spaying your tea cup.  you should wait until your tea cup is the right age to spay or neuter some tea cups are very small your vet is best to advice you on the right time to spay or neuter your tea cup.

PUPPY PACKAGE:  your puppy will be sent with a puppy package in a tote bag,  a photo Show will be sent to your email address of your puppy, a puppy toy, 1 can of puppy wet food, 1 package of puppy dry food,  puppy blanket,  puppy cookies, puppy handouts and puppy booklet with information on Hypoglycemia and how to care for your baby puppy. along with insurance form to obtain for your puppy if you so desire.  (Please read insurance coverage).  American Kennel Club offers a 60 days free insurance on your puppy when you register your puppy, I recommend you take advantage of this offer it is free and will cover your puppy for 60 days of medical insurance. a magazine of Foster and sons will be provided if you so desire to have one.

Please keep in mind there can be no guarantees of puppys' size, weight, or colour at maturity.  A general idea can be made at 10 weeks, at which point the prices shall be established.  Your deposit is non refundable if you change your mind this puppy could have been sold to someone else. 

 Puppy Contract: Please read carefully.  If you purchase one of my puppies you agree to sign my puppy contract, all puppies are guaranteed for the first 72 hours of any congenital defects, ( heart,  liver, kidneys, only.  Puppy must be taken to a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase.  If buyer failed to take puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours the agreement between buyer and seller is NULL and Void.  If the vet finds something wrong with the puppy at his first visit you must let us (seller) know immediately by calling and informing us what has transpired.  We have the right to a second opinion and will take puppy to a vet of our choice.    All puppies are vaccinated, wormed before leaving my home.  If deemed to be unhealthy, or unfit or unsound in any way, puppy will be replaced by another puppy of comparable value.  The seller reserves the right to postpone the replacement of a puppy for any reason.) Puppy must be returned within 72 hours of purchase and must be accompanied by all paperwork supplied by seller at time of sale and a written statement  on stationary letter head paper from the veterinarian clearly stating defect or illness. If puppy is sick puppies must not be returned to the sellers home! it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the seller to arrange another place to meet.  This is to prevent healthy puppies from becoming  ill.  Seller would never knowingly sell a sick puppy and purchaser  agrees that seller could not have been aware of any illness or defect unable to be detected by a licensed veterinarian.  If a puppy is found to have a health problem and purchaser opts to treat this puppy instead of exchanging it for another puppy, seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred, legal fees, or vet bills  or for the  death of a puppy, and no refunds or replacements will be made, nor will any credits be issued ( this applies to all puppies.  The seller has the right to a second opinion to have the puppy checked by our vets, Dr. Cooper with Animal Hospital, or Dr. Barney with  Animal Clinic, or UC Davis Animal Clinic,  if buyer fails to inform seller of any illness and has the puppy euthanase this contract is NULL and Void and there will  be no replacement puppy and no money refunded.  It is the buyer responsibility to inform the seller if something has gone wrong with your puppy.   After 72 hours, all sales are final and no money will be refunded for any vet fees, Legal fees or medical treatment, or if puppy is injured while in buyers care.  I will stress to everyone purchasing a puppy please keep your puppy restrained if you take your puppy in a automobile, they sell puppy seats with seat belts, and carriers to use,  while puppy is traveling in your vehicle.   Helps keep  your puppy safe from harm if you are ever in an auto accident or if you slam on your brakes.   We are not responsible if you are in an auto accident and you failed to keep your puppy safe from harm.  It is your responsibility to keep puppy safe at all times.

  NO GUARANTEE IS GIVEN ON THE FOLLOWING: on females dogs being able to produce litters or male dogs having both testicles when mature.  No Guarantee is given for show dogs, all dogs are sold as pets. No Guarantee on puppies sold from another breeder we do not know the genetic background on the parents or any medical problems that might be passed on to a new puppy.   No guarantee for show potential slip-joints)  slip joints or Hip Displysia,  or death due to neglect on the part of the buyer.   Medical insurance will be provided for all puppies for the first 60 days when leaving my home.  check coverage, you may continue paying for medical insurance if you so desire.   We are not responsible for conditions that can be brought on by stress or exposure to adverse conditions which we cannot control after puppy leaves our home  Therefore we are not responsible for Hypoglycemia, coccidiosis,  Parasites, fungal, viral or bacterial infections. All PUPPIES ARE SOLD IN GOOD HEALTH AT TIME OF SALE,  VET CHECKED ( vaccinated for the puppies age, Wormed, given Advantage 4 week treatment )BEFORE LEAVING MY HOME and  Medical Health Insurance is provided for the first 60 days with AKC, .  All puppies are groomed before leaving to their new home. Grooming provide by Dalmation Station, or Angels Grooming.  A Health Certificate will be provided if requested by buyer even if the puppy is not going to be shipped,  an additional charge will be added for Health Certificate.  Please check with us before allowing a vet to perform extreme or costly treatments or procedures.    If puppy is found to be ill return puppy and Becky's Pampered Poodles will have the puppy examined by our vet Dr. Cooper with Animal Hospital.   If buyer refuses to return puppy to have it examined or treated Becky's Pampered Poodles.  will not be responsible for any vet bills, cost of the puppy, or Legal charges.  Buyer also gives up any and all  rights to take matter into a court of law.   WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PUPPIES RETURNED FOR ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS from our litters.   All puppies are vet checked by our Vets Dr. Cooper, Dr. Barney, Dr. Eric Heit, who have been in practice for over 20 years.  If you wish to speak to one of our vet you may  all phone number are provided upon request. If a Congenital life threatening condition concerning the heart, liver, or kidney system only,  is evident within the first 3 days (72 hours ) the puppy will be replaced by another puppy of comparable price as soon as one is available. Documation by a licensed vet and a copy of all test done for diagnosis purposes from the same vet must be furnished to us with the defective puppy...replacement of equal value only. ..NO cash refunds, NO Warranty for Hip Displysia, Luxating knee, Undescended Testicle.  We would not be breeding  sire or dam if puppy had this condition.   All puppies are sold as pets only, No Guarantee is made  as to size, color, quality or fertility of puppy,  If you pay for the puppy and then change your mind and do not want the puppy you will forfeit your deposit.  That puppy could have been sold to someone else.  I understand and agree what is written in this contract and agree to all terms and accept the purchase of this puppy.  If puppy is being shipped to me I accept this contract by having puppy shipped to me even if I have not signed this contract (this applies to all puppies sold).  I accept all terms that is written in this contract.  This guarantee is limited to replacement only of a puppy if found to be unfit within the first 72 hours, and puppy accompanied by veterinarian letter stating puppy was found to be of unsound and not of good health that will not recover from any illness.  Umbilical hernias: are common in puppies and usually disappear by 6 months of age.  They develop when the umbilical cord is cut to close to the abdomen.

  Our puppies are raised at home and given love and attention.  They are lap puppies and enjoy being held, hugged and kissed.  This produces a happy loving puppy and well adjusted.  Buyers have been happy with out puppies and have called for second or third puppy.  We take every measure to ensure the well being of all our puppies sold. 

Worms & Parasites: including Coccidia, are common in young puppies.  All puppies are  dewormed  at  5-8 weeks old.  Keep in mind if you allow your puppy to be outside and does eat grass he or she can develop Coccidia the grass can be contaminated with bird droppings, there are different forms of Coccidia  consult your vet for this information.

 Hypoglycemia: Low blood sugar is 100% preventable.   This condition is caused by low blood sugar,  It occurs mainly in Toy and small breeds such as Tea Cups puppies between 6 and 12 weeks of age also in dams that are nursing.  Often it is precipitated by stress.  The first signs are weakness or depression lack or puppy will just sleep and not want to eat.  This can occur if puppy has missed meals.  This is followed by muscular weakness, tremors (especially in the facial muscles) and later,  convulsions, coma and death.  This entire sequence is not always seen and puppy will appear to be just tired and sleep.   The puppy may appear  to be depressed, or he may be weak wobbly and jerky or he may be found in a coma. 

Hypoglycemia can occur without warning when a puppy is  placed in a new home, or while being shipped.  It might appear after a puppy misses a meal, becomes chilled, becomes exhausted from too much playing, or has a digestive upset. Upsets place an added strain on the energy reserves of the liver and bring on symptoms if the puppy is susceptible.  Puppies who are fed human food rather than a quality puppy food are more likely to develop hypoglycemia.  Their diet is deficient in certain ingredients needed to sustain the liver.  Puppies may also just forget to eat!  It is important to make sure your puppy is eating three meat a day. kibble or dry food and water should be placed where puppy can get to it's food at all times.  Check to see if puppy has eaten it's food if puppy has not eaten then you need to give puppy his food by hand and make sure puppy eats.  Baby food is a good meal to give puppy so is chicken and rice.  If your puppy does not want to eat seek medial attention immediately and give Karo Syrup immediately to puppy.

Toy and small breeds of puppies have limited body energy reserves and an immature mechanism for breaking down large sugar complexes into smaller, more useable, short chain sugars. They also have a higher metabolic demand for sugar.  Puppies lack the feedback mechanism between the blood and the liver.  In the puppy, when the blood  glucose levels fall below a certain point the liver will not start to increase conversion of food to to useable blood sugar like it would in an adult dog. 

Hypoglycemia treatment is directed at restoring blood levels of glucose.  Begin at once prolonged or repeated attacks can cause permanent damage to the brain.  If the puppy is awake give him Karo Syrup, honey, or sugar in water by mouth.  He will begin to improve in 30 minutes.  When he is unconscious, he will have to be given a Dextrose solution intravenously.  It may be necessary to treat for swelling of the brain.  A veterinarian should be called at once.  Prevent recurrent attacks by feeding high quality kibble diet, and add to it syrup, sugar or honey.  See that the puppy eats and drinks regularly.  Don't assume he is eating and drinking regularly.  Food and water must be available at all times

Stud Service available:  pick of the litter, your puppy must be vet checked with a letter from your vet stating your puppy is in good health no exceptions.  All puppies are AKC Registered, CKC Registered and American Pet Registry we do not sell any mix breeds.
